WEBB Integration is one arm of Webb Production, which is a large-scale event production agency delivering virtual, live, and hybrid events throughout the United States and occasionally internationally. Together, with our clients, we conceptualize, design, produce, build, staff, operate and manage all aspects of an event.



You will be the hub that receives communication from our customers and your teammates. You will then communicate with the rest of your team, create action plans and anything else necessary to help the team work efficiently. You’re a proactive problem solver that works to find ways to help out customers and teammates receive and provide amazing service.

This is a full-time position with occasional overtime. Most work is performed Monday through Friday from 8-5 with the potential for some evening and weekend work. Occasional overnight travel is possible.



While some general IT experience may be helpful and applicable, we are primarily looking for those with specific A/V Integration experience and are familiar with this industry.



  • Receive and promptly(*) respond to service request emails through the service portal.
  • (Webb promises a response to service requests emails within 24 hrs, excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Schedule service calls with clients and update the department’s service calendar.
  • Contact manufacturers as needed to get their assistance when troubleshooting equipment.
  • Contact manufacturers to get warranty replacements or service/repairs of faulty equipment.
  • Take thorough notes and collect information from clients when scheduling service calls.
  • Take notes and pictures while at service calls and collect any additional information from client/location.
  •  Communicate with the Webb Integration team on our department’s Slack channels to provide all information related to the service call.
  • Update client information/job notes on Webb’s Google Drive client folders.
  • Create a job in IE / Lightning for all service tickets.
  • Enter all service-related information into the IE/Lightning ob for each service ticket.
  • Work with the design & sales teams to help quote any replacement parts or upgrades needed to clients that requested service call.
  • Help maintain WEBB Building AV Facilities and assist staff with av systems as needed
  • Maintain Service Van and Service Van material stock
  •  Complete all current manufacturers training as pertains to current position
  •  Act as backup to the Programmer and Installation Crew as needed to complete projects on time
  •  Help with QC of completed projects and  provide feedback to the Installation team on results found.
  •  All other duties as assigned
