We love to make our clients' vision into reality. LuLaRoe always tasks us with big ideas and we are always up for the challenge. This summer, we worked with LuLaRoe to cover the Anaheim Convention Center from top to bottom with bright, colorful branding; created an experience hall for attendees to interact with; produced a live fashion show, a general session, breakout sessions, and a concert. The outdoor convention center branding included three drop-down banners that covered the windows and brought stunning color to the building. Doors, windows, and steps were decked out in the colorful LuLaRoe rainbow logo. Photo ops, signage, and displays were placed around the convention center and inside the halls.
The Experiences Hall had several interactive booths that those attending could roam through and learn in. There were informative booths about photo lighting, styling LuLaRoe’s clothing, Facebook live sales, and more. Attendees could write their dreams on blank walls, walk through a life-sized LuLaRoe logo, and even try on hundreds of pairs of shoes in a walk-in store. Our favorite, and most logistically challenging, was nearly 70 dressings rooms we built for attendees to try on the newly announced and coveted denim jeans.
The Fashion Show and General Session took place in the Main Hall. Large LED screens lined the entire hall, making viewing easy for those in the audience. The stage had a catwalk that extended into the audience with a custom 3D geometric lighting build out on the main stage. The main stage hosted the fashion show, speakers, and a concert by Kelly Clarkson to close out the event. It was definitely an event for the books.
